Shipping policy

1. Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during periods of high volume, processing time may take longer than usual.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

During the checkout process, the store will automatically indicate the shipping options, and will calculate the rate and delivery times according to the option selected.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the corresponding customs duties and fees.
